2. Purpose
This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the HeroTasks website and apps. Accessing the Service makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the terms of use.

You agree to use the Service diligently and lawfully, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. In particular, you may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or effects, contrary to this legal notice or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts, families or data, or circumvent the Service’s security measures.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or any system that could damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the Service.

All content of the Service (texts, designs, code, logos, icons, the HeroTasks mascot, images, graphic elements and software) is owned by ECOMMERCE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with its purpose.
Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. App Store, iOS and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to these trademarks are for identification purposes only.
5. Disclaimer
Ecommerce Business Intelligence works to keep the Service available continuously, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. It is not liable for damages arising from the unavailability of the Service due to causes beyond its control, from failures in the user’s devices or networks, or from the use users make of the Service’s information and features in organising their family life.
The points, rewards and virtual items (for example, the aquarium fish) have no economic value outside the Service, cannot be exchanged for money, and their configuration and fulfilment depend exclusively on the adults responsible for each family.
6. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services (app stores, payment providers, etc.). Ecommerce Business Intelligence does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data through the Service is governed by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, and where applicable law allows, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, Spain. If you are a consumer, the jurisdiction granted to you by consumer protection law will prevail.
